Being a Loan Officer allows Tracylee to meet the needs of homeownership one family at a time, which she feels is of the most important things to do because owning a home is life changing. Every transaction is different, and requires a wide breadth of knowledge and Tracylee is thankful for her past experiences that enable her to lift families in their situations. Tracylee thinks of customers as her "families". To be trusted and appreciated by her families is wonderful - the biggest compliment is when they refer their loved ones.
Tracylee has taught first time home buyer programs with city programs in Solano County, worked with local builders in new construction programs, and has extensive knowledge in down payment assistance programs. Tracylee lives in Vacaville with her husband.
